Nv350 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the nv350 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the nv350 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nv350 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and nv350. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. nv350 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms from time to time.
The nv350 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years and above and who are located in jurisdictions where the activities offered on the platform are permitted. nv350 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account pending verification.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To make full use of nv350's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. nv350 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact nv350 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
During registration, you must provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining funds. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed — this is a standard safeguard for user security.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account comply with these Terms & Conditions. Any suspicious activity, fraud, or system manipulation will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the nv350 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (Online Banking), and other options listed in the deposit section of your account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. nv350 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times are between one and three business days, depending on the chosen method and the verification process required.
Users are responsible for paying any taxes or charges imposed by authorities or financial institutions in connection with their transactions. nv350 is not liable for any additional charges levied by banks or third-party payment providers.

Platform Terms of Use and Liability Limitations
Users agree to use the nv350 platform for lawful purposes only and must not engage in any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or carrying out cyberattacks
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a dishonest manner or in violation of the terms
- Nv350 is not liable for losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control
- Nv350 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or interruptions
- Nv350's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim
- Nv350 is not liable for disputed game or betting outcomes once an official result has been issued
Account Policy, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Nv350 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or failed to comply with identity verification requests. Accounts closed due to violations may not be eligible for a refund of remaining funds.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the nv350 customer support team. Prior to closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the completion of identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the nv350 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of nv350 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission from nv350.
Regarding third-party links, where the nv350 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for informational convenience only. nv350 does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Nv350 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the nv350 platform shall be resolved through the relevant Malaysian courts. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
